Mechanical Mobile Engineer – Building Services\n\n Mobile (London & Surrounding Areas)\n £38,000 – £45,000 + Van + Overtime\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential sites.\n\nThis is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who is confident working independently across PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems\n\n * Attend reactive callouts and fault finding across multiple sites\n\n * Service and maintain plant including:\n\n * Pumps\n\n * Pressurisation units\n\n * General mechanical building services equipment\n\n * Complete all service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation\n\n * Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations\n\n * Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery\n\nWhat They’re Looking For\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within FM / Building Services\n\n * Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance\n\n * Experience working on:\n\n * Pumps & pressurisation units\n\n * General plant room equipment\n\n * Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Ability to work independently across multiple sites\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * Company van + fuel card\n\n * Overtime & call-out opportunities\n\n * Stable, long-term work across a varied portfolio\n\n * Supportive team and structured workload\n\nApply Now\n\nIf you’re a mechanical engineer looking for a mobile role with autonomy and variety, apply today
