Now Hiring: Mechanical Millwrights – South Bend, IN

Pay: $25–$28 per hour

Schedule: 50+ hours per week | Overtime Available

We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Millwrights for industrial projects in South Bend, Indiana. If you’re a dependable, safety-conscious professional with mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:

Mechanical Millwrights will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with extended hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, align, and secure machinery and equipment
• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on a wide range of industrial equipment
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and laser alignment devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanical millwright or similar mechanical trade
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to and from job site in Anderson, SC
• Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including overtime
• Industrial experience strongly
