Schedule: To be determined. Condensed work week - 12 hour shifts. Must be able to work days or nights
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support an electronics manufacturing company on a temporary opportunity! Job Overview: Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianThe Mechanical Maintenance Technician supports the repair, maintenance, and calibration of valves, proflo valves, ovens, and freezers that are critical to semiconductor production. You’ll work closely with experienced technicians to minimize downtime and support manufacturing flow in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities for Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• Perform repairs, calibrations, and routine maintenance on valves, proflo valves, ovens, and freezers
• Monitor manufacturing flow and respond to equipment issues proactively
• Work with hand tools, measuring tools (e.g., micrometers), and basic PC programs (Excel)
• Support daily operations in a cleanroom environment (with gowning requirements)
• Communicate clearly with team members and follow written instructions accurately

Qualifications for Mechanical Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on technical work
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom setting with proper gowning
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (especially Excel)
