Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – Commercial Office

Location: Marylebone, Central London

Salary: £55,000 – £57,000 + excellent benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00



Alice Rose is working with a leading M&E services provider to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a flagship commercial office in Marylebone. The successful candidate will bring strong mechanical expertise and proven experience leading maintenance teams within high-profile commercial sites. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities



* Lead and supervise a team of four shift engineers and one day engineer



* Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities



* Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain accurate documentation



* Keep plant rooms in excellent condition and operational readiness



* Deliver reactive works and minor project improvements to contract standards



* Attend client meetings, providing updates on performance and site delivery



* Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site



Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Package



* £55,000 – £57,000 per annum
