Mechanical Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a  Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee the operational and mechanical functions of our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, who can ensure our equipment and infrastructure run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all facility operations including preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and utilities management.

• Oversee the maintenance and performance of hydraulic presses, electrical systems, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.

• Manage a small team of maintenance technicians and contractors.

• Coordinate with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Manage facility upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, managing both facilities and mechanical equipment.

• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance budgets.

• Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills.

• Electrician Journeyman License
