\nA fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated on a hospital site near Woking, Surrey.  The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical and some minor electrical and fabric maintenance . This is a Monday - Friday role working 08:00 - 17:00\n

Duties & Responsibilities of the role: \n
\n
\n \n
\n

\n
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Re-set

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

• Emergency light testing

\n

• Basic Electrical duties

\n

• General fabric duties/making good

\n

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)

\n

• A proven track record in Building Maintenance

\n

• Good Communication Skills.

\n

• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.

\n

• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV

\n

• Good Leadership & Management skills
