\n Excellent opportunity for a multiskilled Mechanical Technician to join the maintenance team at a large facility in Tilbury. The successful candidate will carry out reactive and planned mechanical maintenance across all M&E assets on site, working within a busy, fast-paced industrial environment. In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £43,000, a stable Monday to Friday day shift, and genuine opportunities for further training and development.\n

Key duties & Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Carry out mechanical remedial works across site.

\n

• Attend to and rectify mechanical faults.

\n

• Complete planned maintenance in line with the PPM and task schedules.

\n

• Deliver PPM activity to a high, professional standard.

\n

• Produce technical and situational reports as required.

\n

• Make full use of company technology systems to maintain contractual compliance.

\n

• Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider team and clients.

\n

• Attend team meetings and briefings as required.

\n

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

\n

• Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.

\n

• Maintain awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities.

\n

• 08:00 – 17:00

Requirements\n
\n
\n

• Full UK Driving Licence

\n

• Clear DBS

\n

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Plumbing

\n

• F-Gas qualified

\n

• G3 (Hot Water Systems and Safety, Part G3 Building Regulations)

\n

• Water Regulations & L8 (Legionella)

\n

• PASMA

\n

• IPAF

\n
