Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Southwest London



£55,000 – £60,000 + Travel Allowance + Benefits



We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support a high-end residential site in Southwest London. Ideal for an ex-installer with strong PPM and remedial experience in building services or district heating systems.



Package:



* £55K–£60K depending on experience



* Travel allowance (£160/month fuel or train fare)



* Call-out: £50 standby / £100 per call-out + double time door-to-door



* Healthcare, pension & 24 days holiday + bank holidays



Responsibilities:



* Planned & reactive maintenance on mechanical systems



* Servicing: plate heat exchangers, air/dirt separators, expansion vessels, valves, and SSFs



* Ensure reliable and efficient operation across multiple sites



This would suit someone with a proven mechanical maintenance background and is confident with fault finding and remedial works.
