Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Materials Handling
Shift Pattern: Days M-F 8:30-5pm.
Salary: £38,000 + Pension + Overtime
Location: Sheffield

The Company
My client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of materials handling machinery to a wide variety of industries. The company has been established for over 40 years. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit an additional Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules. Responsible for refurbishing, repairing & maintaining, servicing forklift trucks attachments & material handling equipment. Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, welding equipment. Medium to heavy industrial plant experience is desirable.
KEY SKILLS
* Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering
* Material Handling Experience.
* Understanding of PPM systems
