Job Description
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Redditch
£43,000 - £48,000 DOE - two shifts available:
Double days
05:30am - 2pm one week, 1:30pm - 10pm week after (rotating)
Sunday - Wednesday (12 hours Sun - Tues, half day Wednesday)
The Opportunity:
My Client are looking for a mechanical plant engineer - this will suit a mechanical maintenance engineer/plant fitter that has experience with some of the following: pumps, boilers, steam cookers and heavy associated machinery. This role will be 60% plant room and 40% working on the machinery. My Client are very open to backgrounds.

Experience required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- \n
- Have at least three year’s experience repairing an maintaining special heavy plant machinery
- Mechanically sound – change bearings, straps, belts, pumps, motors etc.
- Any Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background welcome to apply: FMCG/Food/Metals/Recycling/Automation/Foundry/Brick/ Aerospace
