\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer\n

Hours of work\n

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

\n

Key duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Monitor mechanical plant

\n

• Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)

\n

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)

\n

• General building fabric

\n

• Escort specialist subcontractors

\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing  

\n
