Job DescriptionMechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment - Chelsea - Up to £42,261

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Chelsea has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Chelsea. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

• 4 on 4 off 07:00 AM - 19:00 PM

• Plenty of Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2  Required)

\n

• Legionella experience 

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

• Multi-skilled

• Good communication skills
