Pay: £40,000.00 - £50,000 per year\n\nJob Description:\n\nMechanical Maintenance Engineer\n\n * London (with UK travel)\n\n * Full-Time | Permanent\n\n * Competitive Salary + Company Van\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of residential developments and hotels.\n\nThis is a hands-on role involving both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, with a strong focus on plantroom systems and life safety equipment.\n\nYou’ll primarily be based in London, with opportunities to work on projects across the UK.\n\nWorks Undertaken\n\n * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems\n\n * Working on plantroom equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, HIUs, and booster sets\n\n * Performing life safety testing and ensuring compliance with relevant standards\n\n * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently\n\n * Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records\n\n * Liaising professionally with site teams, , and hotel staff\n\n * Participating in a call-out rota where required\n\nExperience with hotel fan coil units\n\nThe Role will require\n\n * Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within residential, hotel, or building services environments\n\n * Strong knowledge of plantroom systems\n\n * Experience with life safety testing\n\n * Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)\n\n * Full UK driving licence (essential)\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\nJob Information\n\n * Company van provided\n\n * Overtime opportunities\n\n * Ongoing training and development\n\n * Varied work across high-quality sites in London and throughout the UK
