We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and engineering support across multiple sites throughout South London and surrounding areas
\n
This mobile role is integral to ensuring business continuity, safety, and compliance while building strong relationships with clients, site teams, and colleagues.
\n
The ideal candidate will be confident working across a variety of buildings, carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and responding to reactive and emergency breakdowns, particularly across HVAC and M&E systems.Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPM on a wide range of HVAC and M&E systems, completing all required documentation.
\n
- \n
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
\n
- \n
Work across multiple client sites throughout the South Of London.
\n
- \n
Fault-find and diagnose issues across commercial heating and building systems.
\n
- \n
Support business and client needs by undertaking additional tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by management.

\nSkills, Knowledge & Experience:\n
- \n
- \n
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
\n
- \n
Strong understanding of Commercial Heating Systems.
\n
- \n
Experience in servicing, repairs, and installations across HVAC/M&E systems.
\n
- \n
Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving capability.
\n
- \n
Good working knowledge of controls, BMS, and basic electrical safety.
\n
- \n
Competent plumbing skills.
\n
- \n
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
\n
- \n
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time.
\n
- \n
Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work using own initiative.
\n
- \n
Willingness to work out of hours when required and join the 1-in-7 call-out rota.
\n
