Mechanical Fluids Engineer or Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Level 1 Engineer with a degree in Engineering and specialized training in fluid dynamics. This position will play a crucial role in our product development team, contributing to both hands-on and front-end support activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Lab Testing & Product Development:

   • Hands-on setup and execution of lab tests for new product development.
   • Define test criteria, run and monitor tests, evaluate results, and make design changes based on findings.
   • Implement changes and retest to ensure product efficacy.
   • Collaborate with a support team of engineers and manufacturers.

2. Design & Development:

   • Utilize SolidWorks for hands-on design tasks.
   • Develop detailed concept designs to support product development efforts.
   • Read and generate mechanical blueprints.

3. Application Engineering:

   • Provide technical support and expertise during the application of our products.
   • Assist in the customization and optimization of products for specific client needs.

4. Customer Communications:

   • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to product performance and application.
   • Provide clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and support.

5. Training & Support:

   • Participate in onsite training to operate test equipment effectively.
   • Offer front-end support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns.

6. Skills Required:

   • Excellent computer skills.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Effective communication skills for both internal collaboration and customer interactions.
