Mechanical Assembler – Redditch



£13.50 per hour

Days | Early Finish Friday | Full Training Provided



We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler to join a global manufacturing company based in Redditch



This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical, assembly, production or engineering experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a modern manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.



Working Hours:



Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:15pm



Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm



Pay Rate:



£13.50 per hour



Duties Include:



Mechanical assembly of components and sub-assemblies



Using hand and power tools safely



Reading and following technical drawings and build instructions



Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met



Carrying out testing procedures using specialist equipment



Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment



Maintaining a clean and safe work area



Ideal Candidate:



Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, fitting or engineering



Confident using hand and power tools



Mechanically minded with good practical skills



Keen to learn and develop new skills



Able to read technical drawings



Good attention to detail and quality focused



Reliable with a positive work ethic
