Mechanical Fitter - Heavy Plant



Location: Doncaster

Shifts: Monday-Friday (Days)

We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join a tight-knit team within a fast-paced, continuously developing environment. This is a vital position where your expertise will keep the plant running efficiently, minimise downtime, and directly contribute to ongoing site improvements.



What We're Looking For



Essential:



Experienced Mechanical Fitter



Strong background in heavy plant



Confident maintaining, testing, repairing and fitting motors and gearboxes



Hands-on experience with conveyors - removing spill points and maintaining bearings



Proactive, adaptable, and efficient in a busy setting



Desirable:



Electrical experience



Fabrication skills



Hours



Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm



Additional hours available to support business needs



Salary



£39,000 - £48,100 per annum (dependent on experience)
