This is a hands-on, precision-focused role where you will assemble, test and inspect high-quality aerospace components that play a critical part in aircraft performance and reliability.\n\nIf you enjoy practical engineering work, have a strong attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality components, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a world-leading aerospace environment.\n\nResponsibilities of the role: \n\nAssemble aerospace components following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings\nUse manual and powered tools to dress and prepare components\nCarry out Product Acceptance Testing (PAT) to ensure components meet specification\nUse inspection equipment (verniers, micrometers, CMM, shadowgraph etc.) to verify product conformity\nUnderstand key component features and select the correct tools for each task\nMaintain excellent standards of safety, quality and 5S/housekeeping\nSupport process improvements, basic problem-solving solving and team-based activities \n\nSkills required:\n\nMechanical or engineering assembly experience (aerospace experience desirable)\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and PAT requirements\nSkilled in using inspection and measurement tools\nBasic computer skills (SAP/Excel/Word experience is ideal)\nAbility to work with minimal supervision and follow detailed instructions
