Mechanical Fitter Assembler\n\nAylesbury\n\nSalary Dependent on Experience\n\nOur client is well-established and leaders in their field, they are recruiting for a Fitter/ Assembler to join their growing team!\n\nFitter/ Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:\n\n * To carry out mechanical fitting and assembly work\n\n * Work from engineering drawings to complete assemblies\n\n * Assembling heat exchanger units from pre-manufactured parts\n\n * Participating in quality control process to maintain the highest standard\n\n * Operate fixed and hand held machinery\n\n * Comply with company health and safety\n\n * Contributing to continuous improvement projects, offering valuable insights and ideas\n\n * Keep the work area clean and clear\n\n * Work to a high standard of manufacturing\n\n * Carry out production duties as directed by Production Supervision\n\nThe ideal Fitter/ Assembler will:\n\n * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings\n\n * Knowledge of lean manufacturing\n\n * Ideally 2 years experience with in production in a manufacturing industry\n\n * Mechanical qualification\n\n * Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and procedures\n\nWorking Hours:\n\nMonday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm\n\nJackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 26 years.\n\nWe strive to provide the ultimate consultancy service to all our candidates.
