Our client, an established and thriving engineering company are seeking a skilled permanent Mechanical Fitter to install, assemble, maintain and repair mechanical systems, machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various industrial machines, tools and components, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime.\n\nWorking from their Barking base you will be responsible for:\n\nInstallation and assembly\nMaintenance and Repair\nSafety and Compliance\nDocumentation and Reporting\nCollaborationTo be considered for this role you will need:\n\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery and components\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals\nHands on experience with tools, welding, grinding and fabrication techniques\nGood communication and teamwork\nUnderstanding of safety regulations and industrial standardsSalary and Benefits: £32-38,000 + generous overtime and shift rates\n\nHours of work: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday plus Overtime\n\nIf you are experienced within this field and are capable of lifting, carrying and handling heavy components then this may be the role for you, do not delay, apply today
