POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering for our Summer 2027 program! The will provide valuable learning experience to a college student seeking experience and business exposure in the mechanical engineering field. U.S. Venture will structure the to afford additional college credit whenever possible.
U.S. Venture’s Program runs May - August 2027. Dates may vary based on individual class schedules. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create/update P&ID drawings
Organize project files in a searchable/easy to use database (SharePoint)
Recreate existing Terminal infrastructure in AutoCAD Plant 3D
Create construction drawings for new projects
Create spreadsheets for estimating/tracking project costs
QUALIFICATIONS
Actively pursuing a related degree program - Mechanical Engineering
Ability to work full time (40 hours) during the summer
Ability to manage and lead a project or perform a function with limited supervision
