Office Location: Based at our Sussex, WI facility, with occasional travel probing into wider endeavors.

Design Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in all product development phases—ideas to testing to service.
  • Work collaboratively to push designs from simple specs through to high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and reflect on comprehensive technical specifications and compliance.
  • Verify the design's ability to satisfy specifications thoroughly.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and create necessary reporting to bolster design assertions.
  • Create technical solutions to boost production performance and reliability.
  • Ensure documentation is precise for quality assurance.
  • Partner for optimal component sourcing in mechanical and electro-mechanical scales.
  • Adjust designs to meet performance specifics or customer expectations.
  • Adapt test equipment for new applications through modifications and configurations.

Advancement and Improvement:

  • Constantly seek to enhance knowledge, product features, market awareness, and competitive positioning.
  • Engage hands-on for troubleshooting, sure to steady engineering operations.
  • Maintain compliance with procedural standards within the performance team.
  • Lead projects to maintain astute on-time engineering output of at least 90%.

Your Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree foundation.
  • Masterful Project Management acumen.
  • Expert in CAD Software.
  • Proficient in Design for Assembly (DFA) and Mechanical Design & Engineering.
  • Adept in Mechanical Testing and Product Design.
  • Excellent in leveraging Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Technologies Employed:

  • Diesel engine experience.
  • 3D Modeling expertise with Solidworks.
  • CAD Software command with Solidworks.
