We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager who is not only technically strong but also a great cultural fit—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, project management, and production teams to deliver exceptional internal customer service.
  • Oversee mechanical design and documentation using SolidWorks and PDM, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of engineering tasks with speed and accuracy, while maintaining quality and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and product quality.
  • Support new product development, tooling design, and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and help position the engineering team for future growth.

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Product Data Management (PDM) systems.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building better systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
