Compensation Range: $115K+

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in aluminum extrusion and/or fabrication manufacturing, preferably supporting automotive products.
• Strong background in process improvement, troubleshooting, and reducing production downtime.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, automation/controls, PLCs, and CAD; able to work closely with maintenance and operations.
• Experience evaluating and implementing CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and manufacturing improvements.
• Strong continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing skills, with the ability to improve throughput, quality, scrap, efficiency, and equipment performance.
