Mechanical Engineer in Wolverhampton, West Midlands (County)

Opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a growing water and wastewater engineering business. Working on projects involving pumps, pipework, pressure vessels and process equipment, you will support project delivery from design through to commissioning.

Your Job

* Produce and review engineering calculations, technical specifications and technical documentation

* Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

* Ensure designs comply with relevant engineering standards and project requirements

* Support equipment selection, technical reviews, testing and commissioning activities

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice

* Provide technical support throughout project delivery

Your Skills

* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (BEng Hons or equivalent)

* Mechanical engineering experience within water, wastewater, process, manufacturing, energy or other industrial environments

* Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment used within industrial engineering projects

* Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills

* Understanding of engineering standards and quality requirements

* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams

* Familiarity with engineering design and analysis tools
