Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Spokane, WA

This is a structured, growth-focused environment where you will work closely with engineering and production teams and be supported in learning all aspects of the companys product lines and processes, with a clear path to long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product drawings in AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
  • Maintain and improve existing product designs and documentation
  • Deeply learn the companys product lines and processes to prepare for involvement in process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects as you expand your role from design to process optimization

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree
  • 3+ years manufacturing experience, ideally in cabinets, building materials, or wood products

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel
  • Stable work history and commitment to a long-term role

Pay Range & Compensation Package:

  • $80K$120K depending on experience
  • MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM, 100% onsite
