The Role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in spaceflight payload design and integration. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering flight-ready hardware for advanced habitat and payload missions within a fast-moving, engineering-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical systems for spaceflight payloads
- Own payload integration from concept through qualification
- Perform CAD, structural, and thermal analysis
- Support environmental testing and flight readiness activities
- Work closely with systems, structures, and mission teams
- Mentor and support junior engineers

Required Experience
\n

- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 5+ years in space hardware or payload development
- Strong CAD and analysis background
- Experience with spaceflight standards and qualification testing
