Details of the position below. The position will require hands-on assembly and troubleshooting of our various products, as well as installation, commissioning and support. The troubleshooting portion includes diagnosing issues and helping diagnose and repair standard as well as custom equipment. This would be a good position for a person who likes to both work with their hands and design custom systems.

Job description:

·       Custom system design and modeling required (Solidworks)

·       Custom system assembly, wiring, and testing required.

·       Providing technical support for new and existing customers (phone, e-mail, in person)

·       On-site installation and support of equipment required.

·       BOM creation working within the ERP Computer System as needed.

·       Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge

·       Ability to read and interpret production schedules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams

·       Travel within the US for equipment/project support

Extremely competent in reading assembly drawings and wiring schematics
Committed team player who must work closely with design team
Highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent organizational skills
Solid time-management abilities to complete all functions of position
Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on presentation
Exceptional work habits and ability to multitask

Education: 4-year engineering degree

Experience: 3 – 5 years of consistent hands-on mechanical work w/ additional focus on assembly and test
