The Legacy Engines and APU Structures Group within the Component Design & Analysis (CDA) directorate is responsible for the design, development and analysis of static gas turbine engine components. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing and leading subordinate efforts on stress, vibration, and heat transfer analyses.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. 
• Experience with structural mechanics of static components
• Experience with dispositioning discrepant hardware
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis
