Our clients team is committed to excellence, fostering a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to high-profile projects in the commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational sectors. \n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nProduce detailed mechanical designs and specifications for building services projects.\nDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.\nAssist in developing cost-effective engineering solutions tailored to client needs.\nAttend client meetings to define project briefs and manage expectations effectively.\nPrepare comprehensive technical reports, review tenders, and provide strategic recommendations.\nConduct site inspections and produce detailed condition reports to inform design and maintenance strategies.\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.\nUtilise design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES to develop accurate and efficient models.
\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nDegree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.\nProven experience in mechanical design for building services across multiple projects.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and IES software for building services design.\nKnowledge of electrical design software such as Amtech is advantageous.\nStrong understanding of technical standards, building regulations, and compliance requirements.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.\nActive UK SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it is essential due to project security requirements\nIf you are a motivated Mechanical Engineer looking to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking consultancy, we would love to hear from you
