Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a packaging equipment manufacturer currently looking to grow our engineering team. We are seeking for an individual with strong designing, 3D modeling, rendering and animation skills to help us create mechanical blueprints and 3D models using SolidWorks. The successful candidate will also be able to convert 2D drawings and sketches into CAD drawings and be able to communicate ideas to a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Draw the plans for new products and make sure they meet applicable standards.
• Research and develop new design methods.
• Be responsible for communicating with clients during the design process.
• Create working drawings of new products.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Machinery design experience
• Proficiency in design experience using SolidWorks
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects while delivering in a timely manner
• Strong project management skills
• Bilingual: Spanish/English
• Knowledge with mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulics a PLUS.
• In-person position. No option for remote.
