Mechanical Engineer | GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

We are supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing client looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support mechanical engineering activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure.

\n

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues affecting manufacturing operations.

\n

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

\n

• Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications and improvement projects.

\n

• Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production and Quality teams.

\n

• Support installation, commissioning and qualification activities for new or modified equipment.

\n

• Ensure mechanical engineering activities are completed in line with GMP requirements and site procedures.

\n

• Maintain accurate engineering and technical documentation.

\n

\n

\n

Profile:

\n

\n
• Mechanical Engineering background.

\n

• Previous experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or another GMP-regulated environment.

\n

• Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

\n

• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems.

\n

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

\n

• Understanding of GMP engineering processes.

\n

• Comfortable working on site.

\n
