We are looking for an early-career Mechanical Engineer who is motivated to learn, work with cross-functional teams, and build practical engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Support commissioning activities and field execution with installing contractors.

\n

• Prepare field reports, punch lists, summary reports, and final turnover packages.

\n

• Support HVAC, chiller, utility, and critical facilities activities.

\n

• Assist with technology transfers of new products into manufacturing facilities.

\n

• Support small operational engineering projects.

\n

• Assist with requirements for new equipment, modifications, and utility-related projects.

\n

• Respond to utility and equipment-related issues during production.

\n

• Support annual revalidation activities.

\n

• Assist with equipment and utility system improvements.

\n

• Work with other sites to share and develop engineering best practices.

\n

• Follow cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements.

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Recent Bachelor's graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

\n

• 6-12 months of experience with HVAC, chillers, or critical facilities equipment.

\n

• Strong interest in facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.

\n

• Ability to work onsite in Plainville, MA.

\n

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

\n

• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on engineering environment.

\n
