\n An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Farringdon, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.\n

Hours of work\n

• Monday to Friday

\n

• 07:00am to 15:00pm

\n

• £30 per hour via Umbrella

\n

• Contract type: On-going

\n

\n
\n  Key duties & Responsibilities\n

\n
• Planned and reactive maintenance 

\n

• HVAC Systems  

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors 

\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
