Job Description
Summary:
The role involves designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and manufacturing processes to enhance product performance, efficiency, and reliability. The candidate will collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve technical issues, optimize equipment, and ensure products meet specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include creating and refining components using CAD software, overseeing prototypes and testing, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The position offers opportunities for growth in a manufacturing environment with exposure to CNC machining and defense-related projects.
Job Requirements:
- Develop and refine mechanical components and processes using CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and support project objectives.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality management systems.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, or defense-related projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
