ProSidian seeks a Project Facilitator (PF) with relevant Energy, Resources, and Industrials Sector experience to support professional services engagements for clients such as DOE/NASA. This position is contingent or W-2, with potential to convert to full-time employment.
Job Overview
Provide Project Facilitation services focusing on Management and Operations solutions for clients like DOE's FEMP and NASA's JPL, primarily in Pasadena, CA, and across the West Coast. Responsibilities include site assessments, funding guidance, technical advice, and support for ESPC task orders.
Conduct site assessments for feasibility, scope, and economics of energy projects.
Advise on funding approaches and technical proposals.
Support ESPC process development, award, and administration.
Minimum of 5 years in engineering, project management, or contracting; 10 years .
Qualifications
Engineering or technical degree from a four-year college or university.
: PE, CEM, or CMVP certification.
Skills
Experience with federal acquisitions and third-party financing.
Knowledge of ESPC regulations, FAR clauses.
Cost/price analysis skills.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Role Details
Proficiency in project management tools, leadership, time management, adaptability, and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship required; no sponsorship provided.
