Job Description
Location: M25 Corridor (Covering 25 Commercial Buildings)\nSalary: Initial rate is £25 per hour, £45,000 on a permanent basis (potentially offered following 3 month temporary period).\nContract Type: Temporary to permanent\nStart: ASAP\nHours: Monday–Friday\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Van Mobile Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, covering a portfolio of 25 commercial buildings along the M25 corridor. This is a mobile role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n * \n Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance\n * \n Diagnosing and repairing faults across commercial building systems\n * \n Ensuring compliance and accurate reporting through Elogbooks (CAFM system)\n * \n Supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of service delivery\nWhat We Provide\n * \n Company van + fuel card\n * \n Company tools and any required specialist equipment\n * \n Mobile phone\n * \n Full access to our CAFM system (Elogbooks)\n * \n Supportive team and well-organised workload\nWhat We’re Looking For\n * \n Qualified plumber or mechanical engineer\n * \n Experience in commercial maintenance\n * \n Strong fault-finding skills\n * \n Comfortable working independently across multiple sites\n * \n Good communication and CAFM reporting skills\nIf you’re a reliable, skilled engineer looking for a mobile role with strong long-term potential, we’d love to hear from you
