(Onsite | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)

The Change Coordinator manages engineering data updates and coordinates product changes through the Enterprise Change Request (ECR) process using PLM software. This role supports cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, production, and quality to ensure smooth change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track engineering data changes via PLM systems (Windchill experience ).
• Support product improvements, cost reductions, and part updates/closures.
• Create and revise engineering documentation and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely change approvals.
• Provide engineering support, data accuracy, and system integrity.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pro-E/CREO, and PDMLink.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PLM systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering operations.
• PPE required when accessing factory (up to twice weekly).
