Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The Mechanical Engineer will apply their expertise in equipment design, system modification, and computational fluid dynamics to support and enhance key operations. This position centers on developing and optimizing hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, and conveyance systems. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in controls and a strong ability to boost system performance, efficiency, and reliability within industrial and manufacturing settings using data-driven insights.
  • All engineers are expected to leverage their skills to help advance our production facilities toward world-class performance across all metrics through both daily continuous improvement efforts and the design and execution of major projects. As the facility’s production capacity and product portfolio continue to grow, the Mechanical Engineer will have ongoing opportunities to lead new and impactful initiatives.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical equipment design, modification, or maintenance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and modify mechanical equipment, emphasizing hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, and conveyance systems.
  • Apply Computational Fluid Dynamics tools to evaluate and optimize fluid flow and heat transfer performance.
  • Perform feasibility assessments, engineering analyses, and system simulations to improve equipment effectiveness.
  • Produce detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications for fabrication and assembly.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-system issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with electrical and controls engineers to seamlessly integrate mechanical systems with automation and control solutions.
