About the Role:  We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on design skills and experience taking concepts through prototyping, testing, validation, and production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical design, problem-solving, and working with real hardware—from early concepts to finished products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design from concept through production
• Create 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams

Top Qualifications

• Strong mechanical design skills
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks ; other CAD considered)
• Experience with prototypes, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and solve mechanical problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Equipment or machine design
• Automation or system controls
• Electromechanical systems
• 3D printing or additive manufacturing
• Continuous improvement or process optimization
