MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems at construction sites ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Review HVAC system designs shop drawings coordination layouts and material submittals for technical accuracy and constructability.

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities related to HVAC execution ensuring quality safety and schedule adherence.

  • Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Conduct site inspections system performance testing and commissioning of HVAC systems including ductwork chilled water systems ventilation and controls.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs method statements material take-offs progress reports and snag lists.

  • Li

    aise with consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution in accordance withproject milestones.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA DM ADDC.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC systems within the construction industry preferably in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system components and construction methodologies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with local authority regulations codes and standards.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate deployment.
