Manufacturing engineering position is for medium sized welding and metal fabrication facility.

Structural and medium gauge welding, fabrication and assembly company.
Engineer (with or w/o P.E.)
Being able to run and operate the below:
AutoCad drafting and mechanical drawing
AutoCad 3D Layout
AutoCad Finite Element Analysis
Capable of drafting layouts and detail drawings in 2D and 3D
Capable of inputting 3D models into the FEA program

CAD, metal fabrication/weldments on the shop floor

Technical support , tooling, routing, change overs and overall production support.

Working closely with welders, fabrication and finishers, engineers and clients.

MIG weldments, flux core, metal fabrication including brake press, shear, punch press etc.

Medium to heavy gauge metals and some OEM applications.

Engineer is responsible for quotes on new product designs.

Technical degree. Manufacturing engineering experience.

Design Experience

Windows including Excel

ERP software

1st shift opening. Waukesha County, WI

Long term, permanent position.
