Location: Static Site – Guildford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site



*



Maintaining HVAC systems, pumps, pipework, valves, and associated plant



*



Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults efficiently



*



Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and statutory regulations



*



Supporting the wider site team with general building services as required



Requirements:



*



NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent



*



Solid background in commercial building maintenance



*



Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills



*



A proactive, professional, and reliable attitude



*



Must be able to pass security clearance (critical site)
