This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts in Marble Arch. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career opportunities of training and development. 

 

Based on a 7 storey commercial building the mechanically qualified engineer will be working on a day shift pattern. You will be part of a maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

 

Duties



PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance

AHUs

FCUs

Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals

Sprinkler Systems

Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).

Tap Temperatures

Chilled Water Systems

Plumbing

Generators

Pressurisation units

BMS Operation Requirements



Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)

Apprentice trained - desirable

Building Services Maintenance experience

Very Client facing Package



£48,000 - £50,000 per annum

4 on 2 off - (7am - 3:30pm/ 10am - 6:30pm)

25 days holiday
