Inthisrole,youwill:

• DevelopHVACsystemdesignsofagivenprojectbasedonscopeofworkand/orclientRFPs
• Provideengineeringdesign,evaluation,andplanningofmechanicalsystemsforavarietyofmarkettypes
• PerformLoad/EnergycalculationswithsoftwaresuchasTrace700,IESandsimilarprograms
• Developreports/studies.
• Write/editprojectspecifications
• Preparedetaileddesigndocuments,reports,andstudies
• ConductexistingbuildinganddocumentationofexistingHVACsystems.
• Provideconstructionadministrationservices

Youwillbeagreatfitif:

• Youhaveabachelorsdegreeinmechanicalengineering
• Youpossessan EIT
• Youhaveaminimumof4yearsofdesignexperience
• YouhaveknowledgeinthedesignofHVACsystems
• Youhaveknowledgeandunderstandingofcodes,standards,anddesignguidelines

• ProficiencyinAutoCAD,Revit,andMSOffice
