Mechanical Building Services Engineer - South Manchester Your new company Your new company is located in South Manchester and has over 25 years\' Building Services experience with a range of multiple schemes across the UK. The currently have a team of 25 design engineers and technicians who are currently working on: Education, Residential, Religious, Health, Arts, Data Centres, Arts, TV, and Commercial schemes amongst others. The team work full time in the office for a 40 hour week with early finishes on Fridays at 3pm. The role is also open to people who would like to work part time (3 days per week). They are a friendly and welcoming team who are looking to recruit due to an increase in their secure pipeline of work. Your new role Your new role will see you completing detailed designs on the sectors mentioned above using your software experience (IES & HevaComp) to work as part of a team completing schemes to their deadlines. You will also offer any support to junior engineers with their designs and calculations when needed. What you\'ll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 6 years\' UK post-qualification Building Services experience, a full driving licence and vehicle, design experience using IES or HevaComp.
