Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

GLISS is hiring Engineering Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Camas, WA. We're looking for candidates with experience in mechanical assembly, industrial electrical panel assembly, or wire harness assembly. Depending on your experience and assigned team, responsibilities may include:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products using engineering drawings and work instructions
• Build and wire industrial electrical panels and control cabinets
• Assemble wire harnesses, perform wire crimping, cable routing, and soldering
• Complete mechanical assembly of products and subassemblies
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Mechanical Assembly Technicians

• At least 1 year of mechanical or production assembly experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Electrical Assembly Technicians ()

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Industrial electrical panel or control cabinet assembly
• Wire harness assembly
• Wire crimping
• Cable routing
• Soldering
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, or assembly drawings is a plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods
