Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer\n\nSalary: Up to £24 per hour\n\nSchedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Assets, including Legionella control, adhering to safety standards and specifications.\nProactively identify and address plant faults and defects, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining serviceable order.\nManage spare parts inventory and provide accurate lists and time estimates for remedial works.\nComplete all necessary paperwork and CAFM entries for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission.\nOversee and monitor subcontractor work on site, ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining a professional image.Qualifications + Skills :\n\nNVQ level 3 or similar (desirable) \nFacilities management experience () \n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
