We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who wants to grow within a new division of our company. We are a leading global provider in the pad printing market. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our machine design and assembly department with plenty of room for advancement.

What your role will be:
- Designing automations for print applications and their components, from concept through development.
- Providing technical support for customer inquiries and consultations.
- Estimating construction costs and design hours for projects, in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, economic, and time-related standards.
- Working alongside our international R&D team to develop products and machine concepts with a focus on quality and cost.
- Creating detailed risk assessments and complying with ANSI/ISO 12100 safety standards.
- Developing and maintaining part and assembly drawings, pneumatic plans, and machine documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical design departments, to ensure seamless integration.
- Participating in client meetings, advising on design choices, and adjusting designs based on feedback.
- Occasionally performing acceptance testing to ensure machinery meets performance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in automated machinery design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong cost analysis skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and track working hours during the design phase
