Mechanical Design Engineer (Nuclear/Defence)

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with nuclear/defence and pressure parts experience looking to further your career in a varied role within an industry leading company who will invest in your professional development and work with some one of the worlds leading companies such as Rolly Royce and BAE systems?

For over 50 years, this well-established, family-owned company has completed fabrication, welding and manufacturing of pressure vessels and heat exchangers into various industries, predominantly nuclear and defense. Due to an ever-increasing workload and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to expand their friendly team.
\n
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for designing and developing pressure vessels, pipework and heat exchangers according to specifications, as well as calculations and simulations. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays.

This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within an industry-leading company offering in-house training, great progression opportunities, a supportive work environment and a work-life balance due to its days-based nature.

- Design and develop pressure vessels, pipework and heat exchangers according to specifications
